Acquisition process transformation projects:

1. Project introduction via video conference with the project management team explaining the project in detail.

2. Presentation of the floor plan together with the architects to discuss the proposal and ask additional questions.

3. Submit the permit based on the agreed floor plan.

4. Once the permit is granted, work begins. Monthly updates will be shared with a summary and photos.

5. Renovation completed. Municipality visits to inspect if everything was built according to permits and building plans.

6. Sell as flip or retain for own real estate portfolio.
