The General Terms and Conditions apply to all our services.
When you make a reservation through our website or app, by email or by phone you agree that you have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions.
Your Ibiza is an agent or intermediary and will make reservations on your behalf regarding accommodation, boat rentals and car rentals.
Through our website and app, we offer an online platform where vacation home owners post their vacation homes for vacation rentals and where you, the visitor, can make reservations.
You are bound by our Terms and Conditions when making a reservation, and therefore by the reservation confirmation, cancellation policy and other terms and conditions as explained below.

Article 1 Payment of the rent
For each reservation in most cases 30% of the rent must be paid in advance, should this be different then this will be mentioned.
This down payment must be received by the lessor within 7 days after reservation.
The remainder of the rent must be received by the lessor on his bank account no later than 6 weeks (unless otherwise indicated) before the start of the stay in the vacation home.
If this payment is not made, this will be seen as a cancellation of the holiday home by the tenant and the cancellation conditions of article 2 will apply.
Lessor has at the same time the right to offer the vacation home for rent again.
If a reservation is made less than 6 weeks before the start of the rental period, the full rental price must be paid immediately.

Article 2 Cancellation by the tenant
Any cancellation must be notified to the lessor in writing or by e-mail.
If the tenant does not use the vacation home or leaves it before the end of the rental period, there will be no refund.
It is advised to take out cancellation insurance.

Article 3 Cancellation by landlord
If on one and the same day two or more reservations are received by landlord, either by mail, by e-mail or otherwise for the same period, landlord is entitled to cancel the reservation within 48 hours after receipt of the confirmation without refunding any damages.
If due to unforeseen circumstances landlord has to cancel a rental agreement, tenant will be notified immediately and refund of deposits will be made.
Moreover, if the cancellation of the rental agreement is not the result of force majeure then the landlord will pay an additional amount of 20% of the rental price, being the usual compensation for damages and inconvenience.
For any further damages the landlord is not responsible.

Article 4 Reservations and price
A reservation is valid from the moment the landlord has received the required deposit.
Paying this implies that the tenant has taken note of and agrees to the rental conditions mentioned here and the full description of the property he has rented.
Prices are calculated in Euros and are per property per week, day or other period, if so stated in the rental contract.
VAT is not applicable.
Costs of meals, drinks, etc. are never included in the price.
Additional costs, such as final cleaning, possible consumption costs, etc are mentioned in the property description and are never included in the price, unless otherwise stated.

Article 5 Cleaning
The vacation home must be found orderly and tidy by the lessor.
If this is not the case, this must be reported immediately to the person who arranges the reception, so that he can correct things.
Broken or lost inventory must be reported to landlord before the end of the rental period for replacement and settlement with tenant.

Article 6 Liability
Your Ibiza cannot be held liable for damages suffered by the Renter or third parties as a result of the stay in the vacation home.
Your Ibiza shall not be liable for breakdowns in and around the vacation home such as, but not limited to, failures and breakdowns of electricity and water supplies and technical installations, construction work not announced or announced too late and changes to access or main roads.
