Your Destinations Real Estate is API certified, thus complying with the new regulations that require real estate agents in Spain to register as an official API (Agente de la Propiedad Inmobilaria) by October 2023, thus becoming part of the national professional association of real estate agents in Spain. The purpose of these new regulations is to protect consumers who purchase real estate in Spain.
Opportunities from phase 1 properties coming back into the market

It can happen that buyers of real estate (have to) abandon a newly built property during the purchase process. Because of our close cooperation with the developers, we are the first to be notified of properties that are coming back for sale.
