Additionally, her success in establishing and selling two brokerage firms in the Netherlands has translated into successful real estate investments.
Her expertise has resulted in an impressive portfolio of transformation projects and real estate investments in both the Netherlands and Spain.
She is also actively engaged in project development in Spain, focusing on investments with high returns based on appreciation and rental income.
Rachel Boschma
Rachel Boschma is a passionate real estate expert with years of experience in rental and mediation of Spanish property.
As co-founder of ‘Your Ibiza,’ a company focused on real estate and rental services on the beautiful island of Ibiza, she has in-depth knowledge of the Spanish market and its unique challenges and opportunities.
Rachel’s professional journey also included a period working as an executive search headhunter, which further strengthened her skills in networking, strategic thinking and connecting.

Mirjam de Bok
Mirjam de Bok is a certified API Agent Inmobiliaria with a background in the event industry. After a successful 13-year career in event management, where flawless organization, handling high-pressure situations, and problem-solving were essential, she discovered her true passion in real estate. Through dedicated personal development and self-education, she expanded her network and completed her first property purchase on the Costa Blanca in 2021. This achievement inspired her to relocate to Spain and fueled her ambition to grow her real estate portfolio by acquiring rental properties.
Mirjam is co-owner of Your Destinations Real Estate and plays a key role in the company’s structure, content management, copywriting, and overall back-office operations. She also takes clients to the most beautiful real estate gems and top hotspots that Spain has to offer. With her extensive experience and passion, Mirjam is a trusted advisor for clients seeking to achieve their real estate goals in Spain.

In addition to my role as a project manager, I channel my creativity through photography and videography. I’m also deeply interested in human psychology and architecture.

I am known as a customer-oriented Belgian professional who has been living in Spain for 15 years, which has made me fluent in both the Spanish language and its cultural nuances.
With years of experience in administration and the construction industry, I excel at efficiently and accurately coordinating with the right people. I believe that effective communication and transparency are fundamental to a successful customer service department within any organization.
Fleur - Back Office
I am a final year student of Real Estate Studies at the Fontys University of Applied Sciences in Eindhoven.
During my third year of study, I did a walk-in internship at Your Destinations and upon completion of my internship, I was given the opportunity to continue working here.
This combination of study and work provides me with an opportunity to directly apply the theoretical knowledge I gain during my education in practice. Moreover, my interest in Spanish real estate grew significantly during my internship and I look forward to further developing my knowledge about the Spanish real estate market.
Lizan - Back Office
After completing my HBO degree in Architecture, I shifted my focus to my newfound passion for real estate. Recently, I relocated to Mallorca and have gained substantial knowledge about Spanish regulations.
At Your Destinations, I ensure that clients receive the highest level of service. My role allows me to expand my expertise in investment real estate, and I look forward to increasingly applying this knowledge within the company.

After nearly 15 years in the fiber optic industry, I transitioned to a new career and am now serving as Operations Manager at Your Destinations.
With my extensive experience in coordinating and organizing key tasks for a growing company, I enable both management and team members at Your Destinations to focus on their core strengths. Additionally, I foster a welcoming and supportive environment, where my passion for Spain helps ensure that our clients feel valued and understood.
Charline - Community manager
As a Community Manager, I oversee the Huddle community at Your Destinations. This online learning environment allows like-minded individuals to share their real estate knowledge and experiences, fostering connections and collaboration among members.
My dream of investing in recreational real estate was established some time ago. Thanks to the support of Your Destinations, my partner and I recently acquired our first apartment in Valencia. Additionally, I seized the opportunity to make a career switch, leaving my nursing profession behind to fully dedicate myself to my passion for real estate.
