Lisette Kortland is an experienced real estate agent and real estate investor with a background in media and brand development. As co-owner and founder of the platforms Your Ibiza and Your Destinations Real Estate, she has turned her years of experience in guiding entrepreneurs and growing their brand and business, combined with twice establishing and successfully selling her brokerage in the Netherlands, into successful real estate investments.
Her expertise has resulted in an impressive portfolio of transformation projects and real estate investments in both the Netherlands and Spain. She is also actively engaged in project development in Spain, focusing on high return investments based on appreciation and rental income.
Rachel Boschma
Rachel Boschma is a passionate real estate expert with years of experience in rental and mediation of Spanish property. As co-founder of ‘Your Ibiza,’ a company focused on real estate and rental services on the beautiful island of Ibiza, she has in-depth knowledge of the Spanish market and its unique challenges and opportunities. Rachel’s professional journey also included a period working as an executive search headhunter, which further strengthened her skills in networking, strategic thinking and connecting.
Within Your Destinations, Rachel is dedicated to guiding clients through every step of the real estate process. From identifying the perfect rental property to advising on investments to achieve her clients’ Spanish real estate goals. She continuously expands investment real estate and liaises with all Spanish partners and developers. Rachel combines her extensive network in the Spanish real estate market with her strategic insight to best guide clients through their real estate journey.
Mirjam de Bok
Mirjam de Bok is a certified API Agente Inmobiliaria with a background in the event industry. After a successful career of 13 years in the event industry, where perfect organization, stressful situations and troubleshooting were key, she found her true passion in real estate. By investing in personal development and self-education, she expanded her network and realized her first real estate purchase on the Costa Blanca in 2021. This led to her relocation to Spain and the desire to expand her real estate portfolio to include properties for rent.
Mirjam is co-owner of Your Destinations Real Estate and plays an important role in company structure, content management, copywriting and overarching back office matters. She also takes clients to the most beautiful real estate gems and best hotspots Spain has to offer. With her combined experience and passion, she serves as a trusted guide for clients looking to achieve their real estate goals in Spain.

Stacey - Customer Service
I am known as a customer-oriented Belgian professional who has been living in Spain for 15 years, which has made me fluent in both the Spanish language and its cultural nuances.
Through years of experience in the administration and construction industry, I know exactly how to quickly and accurately switch with the right people. I find communication and transparency to be some of the most important basic needs that a customer service department within an organization needs.
Fleur - Back Office
I am a final-year student of Real Estate Studies at the Fontys University of Applied Sciences in Eindhoven. During my third year of study, I did a walk-in internship at Your Destinations and upon completion of my internship, I was given the opportunity to continue working here.
This combination of study and work provides me with an opportunity to directly apply the theoretical knowledge I gain during my education in practice. Moreover, my interest in Spanish real estate grew significantly during my internship and I look forward to further developing my knowledge about the Spanish real estate market.
Lizan - Back Office
After my HBO degree in Architecture, I started to delve into my new passion of real estate. Recently I moved to Mallorca and have already been able to learn a lot about Spanish regulations.
Within Your Destinations, I make sure that clients receive the best service. During my work I get the opportunity to broaden my knowledge in the field of investment real estate and I look forward to being able to apply this knowledge more and more within the company.
Mirella - Operations Manager
After nearly 15 years in the fiber optic industry, I transitioned to a new career and am now serving as Operations Manager at Your Destinations.
With my extensive experience in coordinating and organizing various tasks that are essential in a growing company, I ensure that management as well as Your Destinations’ team members and partners can fully concentrate on what they do best. I also contribute to a welcoming and supportive atmosphere, where my passion for Spain ensures that our clients feel welcome and heard.
Marije - Sales Manager
As a passionate lover of Spanish culture and language, I feel inspired to intertwine this passion with my professional life. After years of gaining valuable experience in various international companies, the time has come for me to shape my life in a new way, both in the Netherlands and in Spain.
As Sales Manager at Your Destinations, I focus on buyers and investors in the real estate sector. Combining my love for Spain with my commercial skills, I not only add value to the Your Destinations team, but also actively contribute to the success of your real estate investment under the Spanish sun.

My background in international business and marketing, along with my experience in the Spanish real estate industry, has prepared me well for this role.
